Early this semester, The Episcopal Diocese of San Diego mounted Leadership Academy which was a day of learning from the diverse wisdom of the community. After a morning of worship and workshops, Greg Tuttle, Assisting Campus Minister, joined a panel discussion, “Engaging Young Adults Beyond Campus Ministry.” He invited the attendees to think of their congregations as springboards into community engagement. “What’s unique about your space,” asked Tuttle, “ and how can you use that to spread Jesus’ love?” This panel was a highlight that offered innovative approaches to include and empower the younger generation.
